The User Operations team at Cursor ensures our users have exceptional experiences and that their voices are heard throughout the organization. We engage directly with users, advocate for their needs internally, and continuously improve user interactions through automation and thoughtful tooling. We’re a remote first team and global, just like our users

Depending on your interests and skills, your work might involve:

• Building and nurturing a vibrant community through forum engagement and developer advocacy
• Providing responsive and empathetic user support via email, forums, and other communication channels
• Crafting clear, technical documentation, changelogs, and user-facing communications
• Automating user processes and internal tools to enhance efficiency without compromising quality
• Collaborating closely with product and engineering teams as a product expert and user advocate
• Solving unique user challenges and proactively identifying areas for improvement.

Being an active Cursor user with a technical background or experience in developer-focused roles is a must in this role
